WE COMBINE THE USE OF A MAMPOSTERY OVEN AND AUTOCLAVE PRESSURE FOR THE AGAVE COOKING, A SLOW FERMENTATION IN WOOD & STAINLESS-STEEL TANKS FINISHING WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART PROCESSES TO DEVELOP our TEQUILA WITH UNPARALLELED FLAVOR AND AROMA.
AFTER THE AGAVE IS MASHED, THE LIQUID ENTERS VOLCaN de mi tierra’S PROPRIETARY american & european oak CASKS, USING WOOD FROM DIFFERENT TREES AND DIFFERENT PLOTS TO CREATE A UNIQUE TASTING PROFILE.  

THEN, MUCH LIKE A VOLCANO, THE CASKS LAY DORMANT FOR MONTHS, even years, AS THE LIQUID FERMENTS AND evolves.

ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIVES ARE USED DURING THE PROCESS; SHORTCUTS, AND SYNTHETICS HAVE NO PLACE HERE.
